1:2500 scale miniature paper model, about 3 inches tall when built Bertrand Goldberg designed these distinctive concrete "corn cob" towers as affordable housing for a janitorial union. The urban mini-city was revolutionary when it was completed in 1964, a time when most new development followed suburban patterns.
